Do not miss out breakfast: 
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. You just cannot even think to miss your breakfast especially when you are pregnant. Breakfast will provide you the energy that is needed to start your day with kick.

Consume smaller meals at regular intervals: 
During pregnancy make sure you avoid having more food which will make you feel uncomfortable. It is very important for you to eat healthy food rather than munching on snacks, chocolates or biscuits when you feel hungry. Staying healthy during pregnancy will also aid your child stay fit as a fiddle.

Drink as much of water as you can: 
It is important for pregnant woman to keep themselves hydrated. It is very essential to drink lots of water daily especially when you are pregnant. If it is difficult for you to consume 10 glasses of water, to make a change you can add a few drops of lemon to it. Drinking water will make you avoid various health related problems which can be due to lack of water in your body. You need to drink the required quantity of water that it fulfills you’re as well as your baby's water requirement.

Sleep well
Sleep is one of the most crucial requisite to maintain your health during pregnancy. It may happen that you may not feel comfortable to sleep now and then because of your big tummy. So, make sure that you use pillows for your comfort. It many also happen that you may not get sound sleep at the night. So, go for small and short power naps whenever you get time and feel to relax. Sleep till time when you feel contented.  

Best medicine is exercise
It is important for pregnant woman to do some exercises as prescribed by their physician. Exercise plays the same important role as sleep does. Keep yourself indulge in physical activities of course not that hamper your health. You many do walking, swimming or yoga. You may pose some difficulty in the starting months but with the course of time you may get habitual to the same. Always remember that before you start doing exercise consult your physician.
